" I have been training with Peek Fitness for 9 months now and I couldn't have faced entering a gym for the first time without their help. So far I've lost 21kg and feel stronger than ever before. My trainer Tim's role is integral to a novice such as myself. His direction and advice has allowed me to feel more comfortable with using the machines and free weights knowing I am doing it safely. I also like how the program he has tailored for me is flexible,  allows me to target specific areas I want to improve in, and isn't overly complicated to follow when I am training by myself.

Tim pushes me to accomplish my goals in a supportive way and his training plus the group classes held by Rob have allowed me to make great strides in both weight loss and strengthening. They're a super team and work well together. I'm extremely happy with the results so far and can't wait to see what the future holds."

" I believe the most important aspect of the training is clicking with and trusting the personal trainer! Trust that they listen to me & understand my needs. Trust that they keep me safe during training. Trust that they'll take me where I want to get to and most of all trust that they match the training to my personality. During my time at Peek Fitness I was lucky enough to work with three trainers at different stages of my journey and all have excelled in providing me with my very own tailored program. "I started training with Tim two years ago with the aim to increase my functional strength. I had lost a lot of strength and fitness overall and in particular my core strength was gone which resulted multiple injuries. This was all brought on by having a abdominal complications for which I needed surgery, which made trying to get strength back more complicated. I was lucky to find Tim who through knowledge and experience was able to help get my strength back safely and effectively. Before I started training I could end up with significant back pain just getting out of my car and now I can’t even remember the last time I had an injury. I have trained with the other Peak Fitness trainers as well and all of them have been knowledgeable and fun to train with. I still train with Peak with a  new goal get back to being fit as well as functional. I would 100% recommend training with these guys."
