How it works

After your Complimentary Training Assessment  our trainers will make a professional recommendation matching your goals with our services. We design our training packages to match your goals, training experience and budget.  

As a personalised service we will regularly reevaluate your program as we learn more about you and how your body responds to training. Our standard program length is 6 weeks and once you have gone through the 6 week period we retest, remeasure and reevaluate every aspect of your training and nutrition.

We advocate resistance training as the primary method to improve Strength, Body Composition and Rehab from injuries. In order to get the most out of your Personal Training sessions and Online Programs we recommend our clientele become members of the Anytime Fitness gym network so they can get extra sessions in between PT to maximize results.

We endeavor to offer a complete training experience. If you are not already a member of Anytime Fitness we include the cost of gym membership in our Personal Training packages.
