Taking the First step

Everyone who makes an enquiry about our Personal Training services receives a complimentary training assessment where we learn about your goals, lifestyle and exercise history. We guide you through some preliminary exercises to understand your strengths and focus areas.

At the end of the session we give you a Success Plan Overview with 6 personalised tips on training and basic nutrition to give you the tools to get results faster.

There is no commitment to sign up after the assessment but if you can see that we are right trainers for you, we offer multiple packages to meet your goals and budget.

Our best tool to help you succeed is our online training programs. We take photos of you training to create a program that is one touch away on your smartphone, helping you remember every important detail even if it's your first time in a gym.

Our food diary system relies on common eating habits to create a fast method to record what you eat without using scales, bar codes and calorie counters. We discuss your food every week with a nutrition report that aligns your progress with your goal.

Our team of University educated Personal Trainers are genuine fitness professionals. With over 20 years experiences we have seen people from every walk of life and know how to get the results you are looking for.
